Khaberni - The story of the Egyptian lady, Hajja Amina, has spread widely after videos of her cursing her daughters with destruction and devastation during the rain emerged.
A responsible source at the Ministry of Social Solidarity revealed that the ministry is currently studying the case of the woman, known in the media as "Mother of the Ungrateful," and it is expected that the study of the case and support will be provided to her within the next few days.
According to what local media published today, Saturday, a rapid intervention team will conduct a field visit to the lady tomorrow to examine her situation on the ground and take the necessary measures to provide appropriate support after she gained wide sympathy following her plea about being left inside tombs for 8 years by her children.
Internet users widely shared a video of the lady which elicited widespread sympathy and anger.
Hajja Amina revealed in the video her severe suffering, stating that her children had left her to live inside tombs for about 8 years without care or support, in a shocking incident.
In the video, the lady appeared in a state of intense agitation, speaking with a tone dominated by anger and sorrow, describing her daughters with harsh terms, including “3 devils,” before she began to utter prayers that carried a great deal of pain, saying: "Allah is sufficient for me and the best protector in you," and "May God take from you what He gives you."
The mother said she is suffering severely, and her three daughters do not honor her, and she continues to curse them with the intent of "revenge," which stirred a significant reaction that rejects these behaviors.
The mother said: "I cared for them and they threw me out in the street.. and I will keep praying for God to avenge them until Judgment Day," noting that her husband died aggrieved, and she prays against them in every prayer.
Between supporters and opponents
The video sparked a large wave of interaction, with opinions divided between supporting and opposing.
A group of followers expressed great sympathy with the mother, considering her actions as a natural result of a deep feeling of oppression or loneliness, especially in light of her repeated talk about the absence of her daughters and their lack of presence by her side.
On the other hand, another group strongly rejected her style, affirming that cursing the children with such harshness cannot be justified regardless of the circumstances, urging adherence to the values of forgiveness and looking for solutions without invoking destruction or harm.
A different narrative
In a related context, news surfaced about deep family disputes, with some claiming that the mother is “oppressive” while the daughters are the aggrieved, while others emphasize the necessity of filial piety under all circumstances.
In a noticeable development, one of the lady’s daughters broke her silence, presenting a completely different narrative from what appeared in the video.
She confirmed her father died “of sadness”, asserting that what her mother is saying is not true, describing her statements as “claims”.
She added that the mother got the apartment of her father, in addition to the gold he had, and she even filed for divorce against him, according to what Egyptian media published.
