Khaberni - The board of directors of the Al Dhulail Industrial Real Estate Company decided today to appoint Mr. Mahmoud Fadl Tamlieh as the general manager of the company.
The company's decision is due to the distinguished expertise that Tamlieh has in managing and promoting industrial cities in Jordan, which spans over fifteen years, most recently as the manager of the Salt Industrial City, assistant to the managers of the King Abdullah II and Al Muwaqqar industrial cities, and head of the marketing department at the Jordan Industrial Cities Company.
According to Mr. Mahmoud Tamlieh in a statement issued by the company today, the upcoming period will witness more achievements led by the complex, which is a vital industrial area, especially in the fields of clothing and textile industries, which contributes to boosting exports and increasing regional competitiveness, supporting the growth of quality investments, providing job opportunities, and enhancing industrial productivity in the complex and in the kingdom in general.
It is noteworthy that the Al Dhulail Industrial Complex recently announced the adoption of the master plan for the expansion of the third area in the complex, in a step aimed at enhancing investment attractiveness and expanding the industrial activities base in the Zarqa Governorate.
This is after the first and second areas in the complex achieved high occupancy rates exceeding 90%, with an investment volume estimated at about 242 million Jordanian dinars, and provided approximately 24,745 job opportunities, reflecting the complex's success as an advanced industrial center, and its ability to attract quality investments.
