Khaberni - Donald Trump said that the United States had "very good" discussions with Iran, confirming that the negotiations have been ongoing for a long time, and Tehran is "serious this time" and seeking a settlement, expressing his hope for reaching an agreement soon.
Trump explained that his country is holding talks with Iran to explore the possibility of reaching a broader agreement, pointing out that the chances "look very promising" and that there is a "very good chance" of achieving this to the benefit of the United States and its allies in the Middle East.
He affirmed that Washington and its partners have managed to significantly reduce Iran's capabilities, stating that they have "eliminated 90% of its ballistic missiles," and are working to dismantle the Iranian regime's ability to threaten the United States.
Trump emphasized that his country will ensure "in any case" that Iran does not obtain a nuclear weapon, noting that Iran "wants peace" and has agreed to not acquire nuclear weapons.
He mentioned that discussions with Iran began on Saturday night, giving Tehran a five-day deadline to determine the outcome of the negotiations, confirming that the world "will be safer soon."
He also highlighted that Israel had been an important partner in the operations, confirming that Iran's capabilities had been increasing rapidly in the past and were difficult to stop, before being dealt with militarily.
Trump concluded by saying that reaching an agreement with Iran is still possible, expressing his optimism about the possibility of achieving a breakthrough in the ongoing negotiations.
