Khaberni - Syrian actress Caris Bashar disclosed the behind-the-scenes of preparing the character "Samaher," whom she portrayed in the series "With Five Souls," through a video she shared with her followers on her social media accounts. In it, she showed a part of the intense practice sessions she underwent before filming the singing scenes.
Caris explained that preparing for the character was not easy, especially in the scenes where she sang and performed musical numbers, as she underwent a long period of training in voice and performance under the supervision of music professor Linda Al-Ahmad.
The video highlighted the amount of effort and practice that preceded filming those scenes, where Bashar revealed that what appeared on screen was the result of hours of continuous training and work.
Caris attached the video with a comment that read: "This is how we become able to sing, all thanks to Linda Al-Ahmad. You not only taught me how to sing... you taught me that effort, consistency, and practice create the impossible... and your effort and hard work created the voice of Samaher... simple... but its emotion reached."
