Murad Abu Eid appointed as CEO of the Jordanian Duty Free Markets

Khaberni -  The board of directors of the Jordanian Duty Free Markets company has decided to appoint Murad Abu Eid as the CEO of the company, succeeding the engineer Haitham Al-Majali starting from the first of April 2026.
Abu Eid received the highest rating points in the vacancy competition according to the company's regulations, due to his extensive administrative experience in various business sectors and development.   
Abu Eid  has more than twenty-eight  years of leadership experience in company management and market development in the region, having previously held the position of General Manager at Global Health  before serving as the General Manager of Bayer HealthCare for the Levant region, where he led extensive commercial and strategic operations and contributed to achieving remarkable levels of growth and performance development in multiple markets.

During his career, Abu Eid has held high managerial and leadership positions in major international companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim and Schering AG, working in business management, marketing, and regional market development.

He possesses extensive experience in managing and developing businesses, implementing strategies, and enhancing sustainable growth across multiple regional markets including Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and East Africa.

Abu Eid holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Jordan, and has participated in advanced leadership and executive programs at prestigious global institutions, including:
    •    INSEAD 
    •    Duke University 
    •    Management Centre of Europe.
