Gargash Responds to Araghchi UAE Has the Right to Selfdefense against Aggression

Khaberni - Anwar Gargash, the diplomatic advisor to the UAE President, stated today, Saturday, that the UAE has the right to self-defense against what he described as "terrorist aggression".
Gargash wrote on his "X" platform account: "After 1909 brutal Iranian attacks on the UAE, Mr. Abbas Araghchi comes out accusing the UAE of aggression against Iran, as part of a confused policy that has lost its bearings and lacks wisdom".
He added: "The UAE has the right to defend itself against this imposed terrorist aggression, yet it continues to prioritize reason and logic, maintains restraint, and looks for a way out for Iran and the region".

He concluded saying: "In his justification, Araghchi condemned his country, emphasized its isolation, and exposed its aggression, knowing that the UAE has made sincere efforts until the last moment to mediate between Washington and Tehran to avoid this war".

Earlier, Araghchi said that the American attacks targeting his country yesterday were launched from Ras Al Khaimah and an area near Dubai, confirming that Tehran will respond to these attacks.

These developments come amid an escalation of tensions in the Middle East on the 15th day of the war against Iran, as Washington and Tel Aviv continue to target Iran while Tehran escalates its attacks on Israel and American interests in the region, which raises regional and international concerns about the expansion of the confrontation and its impact on the security of the region and the movement of navigation in the Gulf.
