Khaberni - The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced the ban on all plays, musical concerts, and wedding ceremonies during the blessed Eid al-Fitr period, until further notice, as part of the regulatory measures adopted to ensure public safety.
This decision comes as a precautionary measure aimed at reducing large gatherings and enhancing security and safety requirements in light of the current circumstances the country and the region are undergoing.
The ministry explained in an official statement that this approach comes within the framework of its continuous monitoring of security developments, and its commitment to taking the necessary preventive measures to maintain community security and the safety of citizens and residents.
It also pointed out that this step enhances the ability of the relevant authorities to efficiently handle any emergencies under the current conditions.
The statement emphasized the necessity of full compliance with these instructions and cooperation with the competent authorities, stressing that any violation of these measures will expose the perpetrators to legal accountability.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior concluded its statement by calling on everyone to uphold national responsibility and prioritize the public interest to preserve the security and stability of the country.
