Khaberni - The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that a report was received after midnight at the operations room of the Rusaifa Police Directorate indicating that an explosive device had fallen in the Thalatheen Street area in Rusaifa, explaining that the specialized security teams immediately moved to the location, where the report was handled, and it was confirmed that there were no notable injuries as a result of the incident.
The spokesperson expressed his regret for the unjustified gathering of a large number of citizens at the site, despite repeated warnings not to approach such dangerous objects under any circumstance, as they pose a direct risk to their lives.
He also confirmed that this gathering hindered the work of relevant authorities while they were dealing with the explosive device, renewing his call to everyone not to approach or gather at accident sites and warning of legal accountability, as this poses a danger to their lives and the lives of others.
