His Majesty condemned the Israeli aggression against Lebanon, reaffirming Jordan's solidarity with the Lebanese brethren and the kingdom's commitment to support them in efforts to maintain their country's security and stability.
In turn, the Lebanese President appreciated the support Jordan has provided to his country, affirming the depth of the relationships between Lebanon and Jordan.
Both leaders emphasized the need to stop the serious escalation in the region and to respect state sovereignty and resort to dialogue to resolve conflicts.
