Crown Prince Jordan is capable of overcoming the effects of regional developments with the power of its people and institutions

Khaberni - His Highness Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, met today, Wednesday, at the Husseiniya Palace, with a group of young men and women from the fifth cohort of the "Hussein Steps" program, a leadership-building initiative of the Crown Prince Foundation.

During the discussion with the youth, His Highness praised their leadership skills, which contributed to their selection for the program, emphasizing the importance of seizing the learning and development opportunities offered by the program and utilizing the acquired skills to serve Jordan.

The Crown Prince affirmed that Jordan, with the strength of its people and institutions, is capable of overcoming the current regional developments' effects, praising the role of the brave soldiers of the Jordanian Armed Forces — the Arab Army and the security agencies in protecting the nation and maintaining its stability.

The meeting also covered several issues of interest to the youth, during which His Highness listened to their opinions and suggestions on ways to enhance their role in development and community service.

The Crown Prince and attendees had breakfast together after the Maghrib prayer.

The multi-track "Hussein Steps" program, launched by the Crown Prince Foundation in 2020, aims to instill modern leadership skills in young men and women from various regions of the kingdom by involving them in training programs in cooperation with local and international partners in the fields of leadership, politics, economics, and social issues.

The meeting was attended by the Director of the Crown Prince’s Office, Dr. Zaid Al-Baqa'in, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Crown Prince Foundation, Adi Al-Salameen, the Executive Director of the Foundation, Dr. Tamam Manko, and several members of the Foundation's Board of Trustees.
