Khaberni - Egyptian actress Majida Zaki suffered a sudden health crisis in the past few hours, which required her transfer to the hospital for treatment.
A large number of her family members accompanied the actress to the hospital, including her brother, actor Ashraf Zaki, his wife Rogina, their son, and some close friends.
Ashraf Zaki revealed details about his sister’s health, stating to «Alarabiya.net» that she experienced severe chest pain early this Tuesday morning, and was taken to the hospital for necessary X-rays and medical examinations.
Zaki added that the treating doctor emphasized the need to install a stent in the heart, which she indeed underwent shortly after. The stent has been placed, and the actress remains in the hospital under close medical observation. He explained that the medical team assured that Majida Zaki would be allowed to leave the hospital within a few hours, to continue her recovery at home.
