Potential earthquake at Bernabeu Perez considering changing Real Madrid coach

Khaberni - Real Madrid is in a state of anticipation regarding the future of the team's coach amidst increasing doubts about the continuation of the Spanish coach Alvaro Arbeloa, who took over the role at the beginning of 2026, succeeding the former coach Xabi Alonso.
Since his appointment, Arbeloa has failed to achieve the expected technical stability, as the team's results have shown clear fluctuations in the Spanish league, leading to its decline behind its traditional rival Barcelona in the race for the lead.

The team has also suffered some failures in other tournaments, which has increased the pressure from fans and the media on the management to make a decision regarding the future of the young coach.

In light of these circumstances, the club's management, headed by Florentino Perez, began studying several options to lead the team starting from the next season.

The name of the German coach Jurgen Klopp stands out as one of the top candidates, especially after he left Liverpool's coaching in the summer of 2024 and temporarily stepped away from coaching.

The list of names includes highly experienced coaches, such as the Italian Massimiliano Allegri, the technical director of Milan, and the Spanish Unai Emery, coach of Aston Villa, in addition to a potential interest in the German coach Julian Nagelsmann, who currently leads the German national football team.

Despite the variety of options, Perez's biggest dream remains to bring back the club's French legend Zinedine Zidane to the benches at Santiago Bernabeu.

Zidane has an exceptional record with the royal team, having led it in two previous coaching periods and achieved several titles during them, the most notable being three consecutive Champions League titles, making him one of the most successful coaches in the club's history.

However, the main obstacle to the French coach's return is the possibility that he prefers coaching the French national football team after the end of the 2026 World Cup, if the current coach leaves and he receives an official offer from the French federation.
