Today the procession is led by His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, who has instilled "Jordan First" as a principle in his policies, prioritizing the security and stability of the homeland above all else. Amid escalating regional tensions including military confrontations and political tensions between the United States and Israel on one side, and Iran on the other, Jordan's role has emerged as a voice of reason calling for calm and asserting its refusal to allow its land to be a battlefield or a passage for any aggression
Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty the King, has dealt with regional developments using a balanced approach that combines firmness and wise policy
Simultaneously, Jordan has continued its active diplomatic movement on various levels, reaffirming that the security of the region and the security of Jordan are above all considerations
