Khaberni - In the context of embodying the community responsibility of Amman Arab University and within its ongoing series of initiatives in serving the local community, the Faculty of Pharmacy at the university organized an extensive awareness lecture at Maleeh Triangle Mixed Basic School for ninth grade female students, aimed at increasing health awareness about infectious diseases and methods of prevention,presented by Dr. Nasiba Al-Qutaish, a faculty member at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University.
The workshop discussed infectious diseases as medical conditions caused by viruses and bacteria capable of transmission among individuals, particularly in crowded school environments. Dr. Al-Qutaish reviewed the most prevalent infectious cases in Jordan during 2025, including respiratory diseases such as seasonal influenza and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV),
