Khaberni - Israeli raids on the southern suburbs of Beirut resumed amid ongoing confrontations between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon, where a new raid targeted the Haret Hreik area.
Another Israeli raid with a guided missile launched from the sea targeted rooms in the Ramada Hotel in the Raouche area in the heart of the capital Beirut.
The Israeli army announced that it carried out a "precise and specific strike" in Beirut targeting leaders from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard active in Lebanon, noting that they operate within the Lebanese Corps affiliated with the Quds Force, and accused them of advancing schemes targeting Israel and its citizens from within Lebanese territories.
On the other hand, a Lebanese security source reported that the Health Authority affiliated with Hezbollah transferred three bodies from the hotel that was bombed.
In response to the raids, Hezbollah announced the launch of rockets towards Israeli forces and a border town, and also referred to clashes between its fighters and Israeli forces near the border town of Aitaroun.
