Voluntary Initiative in Ajloun Cleaning 180 Mosques for the Souls of Deceased Muslims

Khaberni - The young engineer Obaida Mohammad Al-Hajjaj Al-Smadi, in collaboration with Professor Khaled Abu Al-Az Al-Zghoul, launched a volunteer initiative ("Reviving the Spirit of Purity in the Houses of Mercy") in Ajloun Governorate, distinguished by cleaning and sterilizing mosque carpets using the dry-clean method for free, at their own expense and for the souls of deceased Muslims.

So far, about 180 mosques have been cleaned in the governorate using the latest modern machines that operate in five stages (suction, washing, drying, sterilizing, and perfuming), with a focus on the finest details to revive the spirit of purity in the houses of God.

The initiative operates daily from 11 AM until late at night, with sincere intentions for Allah Almighty as a continuing charity. The initiative, which is entirely voluntary, aims to enhance the cleanliness of the houses of mercy, serve worshippers, and empower youth in charitable works, with future plans to expand to include all provinces of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The organizers affirm that every effort made in cleaning a mosque is a righteous deed hoped to be accepted by Allah, calling for participation and prayers to succeed this charitable work.
