Saudi AlNassr in a dilemma Revealing Ronaldos absence duration

Khaberni - Italian sports expert Fabrizio Romano revealed the duration of Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, the captain of Saudi club Al-Nassr, missing the games due to his recent injury.

Ronaldo sustained an injury in Al-Nassr's match against Al-Fayha last Saturday, forcing him to leave the field minutes before the end of the game, which saw him miss a penalty and his team winning 3-1.

Al-Nassr club announced through its official account on the "X" platform yesterday, Tuesday, that the medical exams Ronaldo underwent showed a muscle injury, but did not reveal the duration of the Portuguese star's absence.

However, Romano stated through his official Facebook account that Ronaldo would be absent from the fields for a period ranging between two to four weeks.

The Italian expert explained that Ronaldo is expected to miss the next two matches for his team in the Roshan League.

Ronaldo's absence is a heavy blow to Al-Nassr, which is fiercely battling for two precious titles: the Saudi Roshan Pro League and the AFC Champions League 2, especially due to the lack of a scoring striker capable of compensating for the absence of the Portuguese star, placing a challenging task before the technical staff to find appropriate alternatives at a crucial stage of the season.

Ronaldo (41 years old) scored 22 goals in 26 matches in various competitions with Al-Nassr this season.

Al-Nassr, the league leader with 61 points, two points ahead of the second-place Al-Ahli, will face Neom on the upcoming Saturday.
