Trump We will cut all trade relations with Spain

Khaberni - US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that the United States will sever all trade relations with Spain after it refused to allow the US military to use its bases for missions related to airstrikes on Iran.

Trump added to reporters during a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, "Spain's stance is very bad," noting that he asked Treasury Secretary Scott Bisent to "stop all agreements" with Spain.

He continued, "We will cut all trade relations with Spain. We do not want any relationship with it."

Since Saturday, Israel and the United States have been conducting airstrikes on Iran, which resulted in the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Since then, Tehran has retaliated by striking Israel and countries in the region with missiles and drones.

Iran has enforced a maritime ban on the passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz and targeted oil tankers attempting to cross through it.

On Sunday, Hezbollah launched several rockets from Lebanon targeting northern Israel, in response to the assassination of Khamenei, dragging Lebanon into an open war with Israel where devastating airstrikes were carried out on southern Lebanon and the southern suburbs of Beirut.
