The Privacy Display feature appears for the first time within the new Galaxy S26 Ultra device, limiting the visibility of the screen contents from the sides without needing an additional protector. Thus, the screen remains clear from the front, and visibility from the sides is reduced, helping users protect the displayed content from close distances.
The double-tap side button feature can also be used to activate Privacy Display with greater ease. This feature allows keeping the content hidden even when viewed from the sides, making it particularly appealing in crowded public transportation or elevators.
