By the Numbers Yamal Shines Bright Sketching New Contours for Marca Awards

Khaberni -  According to reports from the Spanish newspaper Marca, the last round of "La Liga" witnessed exciting transformations in the individual awards race, where the young talent Lamin Yamal captivated everyone by scoring a "hat-trick" against Villarreal, earning him the lead in the "Zara" award for the top Spanish scorer with a total of 13 goals.

With this achievement, Yamal surpassed his teammate at Barcelona, Ferran Torres, who fell to second place locally with 12 goals.

In the battle for the "Pichichi" award for the league's top scorer, Frenchman Kylian Mbappe continues to lead with 23 goals, despite doubts about his participation against Getafe due to injury.

Behind him is Morike, the Mallorca player in second place with 16 goals, while Yamal has jumped to third place in the overall standings, and Robert Lewandowski is sixth with 11 goals.

Historically, the newspaper pointed out that Yamal and Torres have become the best Spanish duo for Barcelona at this stage of the season since the 2010-11 edition, when David Villa (17 goals) and Pedro Rodriguez (13 goals) totaled 30 goals for the Catalan team.
