Khaberni - Hezbollah entered, at dawn today Monday, directly into the conflict line by announcing its targeting of the "Mishmar HaCarmel" site south of the occupied city of Haifa with a barrage of missiles and drones, in its first declared response since the start of the American-Israeli aggression on Iran. Hezbollah confirmed that its operation comes "as retaliation for the blood of Imam Khamenei and in defense of Lebanon and its people," considering its response a "legitimate defense" in light of what it described as the ongoing Israeli aggressions.
On the other hand, the Israeli occupation army announced the start of an aerial bombing campaign on various areas in Lebanon, including the southern suburb of Beirut, southern Lebanon, and the Bekaa Valley to the east, confirming the interception of missiles launched from Lebanese territory, while sirens sounded in several locations in northern Israel. With this development, the confrontation moves to a more dangerous phase, with the expansion of the war regionally and the official entry of the Lebanese front into the conflict.
Earlier, the Israeli occupation army announced the interception of a missile launched from Lebanon, indicating that other missiles "fell according to the established procedures," before confirming the detection of additional missiles launched from Lebanese territory towards Israel, while sirens sounded in several Israeli locations following the missile launches, while Lebanese media reported that the occupation's piloted drones flew at a low altitude over southern Lebanon.
