Khaberni - Statement Issued by the Jordanian National Union Party

In light of the accelerating regional transformations and the military escalation that threatens to plunge the region into an unprecedented stage of power balance reshaping, the Jordanian National Union Party affirms that Jordan's security, sovereignty, and stability are not subjects for discussion, testing, or political maneuvering, but rather fixed national principles that are non-negotiable under any circumstances.
We perceive the regional scene as a moment for major strategic repositioning, involving the use of force and pressure tools to redraw influence maps and impose new realities by force. From this standpoint, we declare a clear and unequivocal stance: Jordan will not be part of any military axis, will not be dragged into conflicts that do not serve its supreme interests, and will not be used as a corridor, platform, or leverage in any regional or international confrontation.
Jordan is a state with an independent decision-making process, and its sovereignty is not open for interpretation or speculation. Any attempt to involve it in a battle not its own is considered a direct breach of its national security, and will be met with a firm national stance that protects the state, its institutions, and its borders.
The party confirms that Jordan's geopolitical position grants it a pivotal role in regional balance equations, yet the philosophy of the Jordanian state, since its foundation, has been based on strategic balance, positive neutrality, and protecting national interest above any alignment. Jordan is not an open field, nor a pivoting point for any project that contradicts its sovereign will.
The Jordanian National Union Party renews its absolute and steadfast support for the positions of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, who leads the state with high political and strategic wisdom during one of the most delicate phases the region is undergoing, affirming that the Jordanian decision is sovereign, independent, and not subject to any pressures or alignments.
The party also expresses its full solidarity with the Gulf states in facing any threat that affects their security and stability, considering that Arab security is indivisible, and that the stability of the Gulf is a fundamental pillar in the regional stability system.
The party has absolute confidence in our armed forces – the Arab Army, and our security agencies, which represent the national safety valve, capable of protecting the borders, maintaining sovereignty, and countering any threat regardless of its source. Jeopardizing Jordan's security undermines the state's dignity and the dignity of every Jordanian.
The phase requires political clarity and national responsibility. We reject any discourse that sows division, casts doubt on state institutions, or exploits regional tension to stir chaos. The home front is the first line of defense, and the unity of the national ranks is the real guarantee for steadfastly navigating through this phase.
The party categorically asserts that Jordan will not be imposed a position it does not desire, will not be dragged into a battle it does not represent, and will not allow its land, air space, or institutions to be used in any act that contradicts its independent national will.
Jordan will remain, under its wise Hashemite leadership, with its aware people, and lined-up army, a strong, independent state, impervious to attempts of extortion, coercion, or imposing a fait accompli.
May God protect Jordan, its leadership, its people, and its army, and shield it from all harm.
