Reflect launches new virtual assistant service Reva to communicate with its customers

 Khaberni  -  Launched ()Reflect) - the leading digital banking app from the Arab Bank the smart virtual assistant service (Reva), enhanced with artificial intelligence technologies, designed to interact with customers and answer their questions around the clock. This new service is part of Reflect's commitment to keeping up with the financial aspirations and needs of individuals from various segments, providing them with modern, innovative services and smooth features that enhance the level of their digital banking experience.

 The smart assistant  (Reva) offers users of the Reflect) app the opportunity to get quick and immediate answers to their inquiries in an interactive and smooth manner through the chatbot, aligning this new launch with Reflect's vision to provide innovative digital banking solutions, easy to use, and meets the evolving life needs.  

The smart assistant (Reva) is now available in Arabic and English on the Reflect) app, allowing users to interact with the new virtual assistant to inquire about various app services and view details of their accounts and expenses easily, alongside other features. Customers can interact directly with  (Reva) through voice or written messages, or by recording voice messages that are immediately converted into written texts, allowing (Reva) to respond within seconds either in writing or through a recorded voice message. 

The features "direct talk with (Reva)" and "voice to text conversion" are a quality addition and the first of their kind in this field in the region, where the services of the smart assistant (Reva) are not limited to current customers only but also allows prospective clients looking to create a (Reflect) digital account to obtain immediate support before registration.
