Khaberni - The presidential envoy for Seoul, Kang Hun-sik, said on Thursday that South Korea and the UAE have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance defense cooperation valued at over $35 billion.
Kang, who is the director of President Lee Jae-myung's office, explained to reporters upon his return from the UAE that the defense projects will include areas of air defense and naval and air forces.
