Khaberni - The Independent Election Commission published on its website on Wednesday, the updated voters' registries based on permanent residence until December 31, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the House of Representatives Election Law No. (4) for the year 2022 and its amendment, and according to the system of dividing electoral districts, in coordination with the Civil Status and Passports Department.
Article (7 – A-2) of the House of Representatives Election Law No. (4) for the year 2022 and its amendment states: The Commission shall update the voters' registries with any procedures it deems appropriate, in coordination with the Civil Status and Passports Department at the beginning of January and July of each year in accordance with the provisions of the House of Representatives Election Law for 2022, and the implementing instructions issued pursuant thereto.
The Independent Election Commission invites voters to inquire about their electoral district, through visiting the website of the Commission.
