Khaberni - The Public Prosecution began its investigation with the TikToker "Wa'ad Ya Wa'id" after seizing indecent content and drugs in her possession in the Sixth of October City in Egypt.
The Public Prosecution ordered the examination and extraction of the accused TikToker’s phones and laptop, known as "Wa'ad Ya Wa'id", on the background of the investigation into the accusations directed at her of publishing unethical and indecent content, which contradicts societal values, through her social media accounts after being arrested in the Sixth of October City in Egypt.
The prosecution decided to detain the blogger Wa'ad for four days pending investigations, on charges of broadcasting indecent content and drug use, as part of the followed legal procedures.
In October, the Public Prosecution initiated extensive investigations with the famous blogger "Wa'ad Ya Wa'id" after her arrest due to broadcasting obscene content, and a quantity of drugs was found in her possession, identified as "hashish".
The prosecution requested investigations from the vice squad about the accused's activity and decided to send a sample of the seized drugs to the forensic chemical laboratories to examine and accurately identify their type.
The General Administration for the Protection of Morals in the specialized police sector observed the accused publishing video clips on her social media pages, which included the use of offensive words and actions that contradict community values.
With the procedures legalized, the accused was arrested within the jurisdiction of the First October police station in Giza, with a quantity of hashish and a mobile phone in her possession. Examination confirmed it contained evidence of her criminal activity and corroborated the accusations directed against her.
