Khaberni - The Russian news agency reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin met Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez at the Kremlin on Wednesday.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told his Cuban counterpart in a separate meeting that Moscow urges the United States not to impose a full naval blockade on the communist-ruled island, and calls for negotiations instead.
