Preparations for this have started to manifest on the ground, according to the Hebrew channel, and the militias coordinating with Israel have begun preparing accordingly by recruiting new members and building bases in the areas they control in Gaza Strip.
According to foreign reports, Israel has transferred additional equipment to the collaborating militias in recent weeks: rifles, combat gear, and modern vehicles (including Toyota Land Cruiser model 2026, a vehicle provided to generals in the Israeli occupation army).
Israeli military officials announced that the Rafah area, where the new Rafah city is planned to be built, is the first area to be disarmed, controlled by the Abu Shabab militia. Over the weekend, the militia revealed what had been previously forbidden to publish in Israel: that their own members are conducting surveys of Hamas tunnels and neutralizing them.
