However, if it becomes a habit, the damage is inevitable."

The expert indicates that high glycemic index foods - such as sweetened beverages, sweets, and excessive fruit consumption can be harmful, but eating a small amount of them is beneficial due to their vitamin and fiber content. Excessive fruit consumption raises insulin levels, increases appetite, and increases fat levels in the liver. Fatty liver disease is the aging of the blood vessels and activation of the atherosclerosis process. The danger lies in the fact that these changes occur without symptoms, while the person feels normal until the disease worsens.

According to her, it is possible to improve metabolic processes without resorting to harsh methods or strict restrictions; it is enough to moderately reduce calorie intake and avoid excessive carbohydrate consumption. Short-term fasting helps to regulate insulin levels and stabilize blood sugar and fat levels. These methods enhance weight loss and slow down the aging process if used consciously.
