Drama of Parts Series Continues its Stories in Ramadan 2026

Khaberni - The Ramadan drama season of 2026 witnesses a notable resurgence of several successful series with new installments, in a clear wager by drama creators on capitalizing on public success and deepening stories that have stuck in the minds of viewers.

These works vary between horror, suspense, and social and human conflicts, to present a rich Ramadan map that combines continuity and renewal.

The following highlights some of the main series that are returning with new installments during the Ramadan season of 2026:

Al-Medah.. Part Six
The "Al-Medah" series continues its strong presence in the Ramadan season for the sixth consecutive year, following the significant success of its earlier installments, prompting creators to reconsider the idea of limiting it to the fifth season that was shown last year.

The new part, titled "Al-Medah – Legend of the End", written by Amin Jamal, directed by Ahmed Samir Farag, and starring Hamada Hilal, who continues to portray the character "Saber Al-Medah".

The work sees the return of several stars who participated in previous parts, notably Fathi Abdel Wahab, along with appearances from a number of artists as guest stars, including Yousra El Lozy and Hamza El Eily, in addition to the participation of Heba Magdi, Khaled Sarhan, Donia Abdel Aziz, Hanan Suleiman, and Gamal Abdel Nasser.

Recently, Hamada Hilal revealed the series' teaser trailer, which clearly showed an escalation in the intensity of conflicts, particularly the confrontation between "Saber Al-Medah" and the character "Sameeh Al-Gallad" in a horror and mystery-laden atmosphere.

The teaser showed "Sameeh" manipulating children, while "Saber" tries to understand what is happening by listening to their stories. It also included shocking scenes, including the appearance of a girl on top of a wardrobe before she pounces on "Saber", in a dramatic escalation that paves the way for a new phase of conflict.

The Text.. Part Two
As Ramadan 2026 approaches, the spotlight turns to the series "The Text", which returns with a second part following its great success in its first season last year.

The new part presents a more thrilling plot, with new faces alongside the first part’s protagonists, in an artistic experience that blends history with social drama and comedy, within a framework of mystery and excitement.

The series continues the story of "Abdul Aziz Al-Nass", the leading character portrayed by artist Ahmed Amin, who returns to the forefront after uncovering a dangerous conspiracy, compelling him to turn to former comrades as his only option to face the looming threat.

The events take place in the early 1940s, specifically in 1942, during World War II when Egypt was one of the international conflict arenas.

The work clearly focuses on the psychological aspect of the characters, especially the series’ hero "Al-Nuss", who finds himself torn between his desire to start a peaceful life and secure a future for his son "Mansour", and a past that haunts him and does not allow him to fully withdraw.

Ahmed Amin co-stars with a group of stars, including Asmaa Abul-Yazid, Sedky Sakhr, Hamza El Eily, Samia Al-Tarabulsi, Michel Milad, with actress Basma joining recently. The series is written by Abdel Rahman Jawish and Sherif Abdel Fattah, and directed by Hossam Ali.

Al-Barani.. Part Two
After its noticeable success in its first season, the Algerian series "Al-Barani" returns with a second part to be shown during Ramadan 2026, continuing its story in an exciting dramatic framework that highlights more complex human and social conflicts.

The new season resumes the story of the "Klayi" family amid escalating challenges and entanglements in fates and social relations, placing the characters in front of harsh tests that reveal new dimensions in their personalities and paths.

The series is directed by Yahya Mazahem, starring Mustafa Laribi, Khaled Ben Issa, Mina Leshtar, Aida Ababseh, Shahrazad Krashni, and Akram Jghim.

Al-Firaaq.. Part Two

The series "Al-Firaaq" joins the list of Algerian works returning with a second part in Ramadan 2026, continuing its presence after the success of its first season.

The new part offers a different vision and new characters, expanding the exploration of dramatic files that address betrayal, treachery, and regret, within a human context charged with emotions and conflicts.

The series stars Haifa Rahim, Khaled Ben Issa, Zahra Harkat, Manal Garbi, Ayoub Amrish, Nadia Baroud, Othman Ben Daoud, and directed by Yousef Mahassas.
