Khaberni - Abu Ubaida, the spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades, said that the practices conducted by groups described as cooperating with the occupation, in regards to civilians and resistance elements, represent a complete assimilation with the occupation and direct execution of its agendas, within what he described as a role exchange between the two sides.
He added that these groups do not move – according to him – except in areas under the control of the Israeli army and under its protection, considering that targeting civilians and exploiting difficult humanitarian conditions do not fall under what he called "manhood,” but rather reflect attempts to prove existence.
