AlZaytoonah University of Jordan celebrates the graduation of the thirtieth batch of students from the first semester 20252026

Khaberni  - Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan celebrated the graduation of the thirtieth cohort of students from the first semester of the academic year 2025/2026, under the patronage of the university president, Professor Dr. Mohammad Ahmed Al-Majali, and in the presence of deans of faculties, members of the teaching and administrative staff, along with the graduates' families.

Professor Dr. Mohammad Ahmed Al-Majali emphasized in his speech during the ceremony that the university is celebrating the graduation of a new cohort of its students, continuing its noble educational mission that it has carried since its establishment, based on instilling noble national values and preparing graduates with knowledge, determination, and resilience, to be pioneers of giving and building in a country striving towards progress and prosperity.

He pointed out that the graduation ceremony coincides with the kingdom's celebrations of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein's birthday, constituting a dear national occasion, reflecting the magnitude of Jordan's achievements, and confirming that it is a nation of security, stability, loyalty, and progress. This coincides with the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, carrying its sublime religious and humane values.

Dr. Al-Majali explained that the university has achieved notable progress on various fronts, as a result of diligent work, proper planning, and sincere performance, and working as one team, contributing to achieving advanced levels of academic excellence.

He expressed his pride in Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan being the only private university that houses about eighteen thousand students, seeking to increase its capacity to twenty thousand students, spread across nine scientific and humanities faculties, with thirty-four undergraduate programs and fifteen graduate programs, all of which are quality programs that meet the demands of the job market.

He added that the good reputation achieved by the university at both local and Arab levels has contributed to attracting about three thousand foreign students from more than twenty countries, along with its success in attracting academic talents from inside and outside Jordan.

He stated that there are many reasons for joy in Jordan, and the graduation of students is at the forefront, emphasizing that graduation is not just a celebratory occasion, but an achievement reflecting the values of giving, work, and dedication. He concluded his speech by congratulating the graduates and their families, wishing them a bright future, and to be good ambassadors carrying a bright image of their university and their country.

Meanwhile, student Zeinab Rizq Abu Marshed, a graduate in the Elementary Education program, delivered the graduates' speech, in which she expressed pride and honor at this moment that crowns years of hard work and diligence, confirming that education is a mission and responsibility, and that what the students received at the university was not only scientific knowledge but a system of values and ethics that form the basis of true success.

She thanked the university professors for their efforts and contributions, and the graduates' families for their continuous support, urging her peers to bear the scientific trust, to prioritize ethics over knowledge, and to actively participate in building the future of the nation.
She concluded her speech by praying for Jordan and its Hashemite leadership, hoping that this graduation marks the beginning of a journey filled with success and contribution.

The number of graduates this semester totaled 1055 students, including 985 bachelor's degree graduates and 70 master's degree graduates.
