Saudi Foreign Minister We hope to resolve the crisis between Iran and the United States

Khaberni - Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said that the Kingdom hopes for a resolution to the crisis between Iran and the United States that contributes to achieving peace and stability in the region.

During a press conference held in the Slovenian capital on Friday to discuss efforts made to consolidate the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, bin Farhan added that there are still challenges related to the flow of humanitarian aid to the sector and its reconstruction.

He expressed hope that the Peace Council would succeed in overcoming these challenges and enable the adequate and sustainable delivery of aid to Gaza, in addition to supporting reconstruction efforts.

Meanwhile, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atty stated that the situation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip is very deteriorated.

In this context, Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdul Latif Al Zayani appreciated the efforts of Slovenia in supporting the Palestinian cause, adding, "We are here in Slovenia to enhance our work and coordination to face the challenges that hinder peace in the Middle East."

He said, "We support the Peace Council and the peace plan in Gaza, thanks to President Trump's efforts."

He added, "We thank President Trump for his commitment to achieving peace and stability."
