Palestinian Presidency Settlement Ministers Claims About Gaza Are False

Khaberni - In response to the statements by the Israeli government's Minister of Settlement, "Orit Struck", who claimed that "the Gaza Strip is part of the land of the State of Israel according to international law and the United Nations Partition Resolution", the Palestinian Presidency said, "Struck's claims are false and baseless".

The Presidency pointed out that the Partition Resolution stipulates that the Palestinian state should be established on 45% of the area of historical Palestine, including the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Western Galilee."

It added that all United Nations resolutions, Security Council decisions, and international law, collectively invalidate Struck's statements, affirming that the Gaza Strip is an inseparable part of the Palestinian territory occupied in 1967, as are the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
