Khaberni - The weather maps indicate that the kingdom will be affected by a low pressure system on Tuesday, 3-2-2026, classified as second-degree (normal) according to the innovative weather depression classification scale by Arab Weather, accompanied by several weather phenomena that we will review as follows:
1- Significant drop in temperatures:
It is expected that the low pressure system will be accompanied by a noticeable drop in temperatures ranging between 10–12 degrees Celsius compared to the previous days, making the weather noticeably cold in various regions.
2- Rains:
It is expected that the low pressure system will bring rainfall that may be heavy at times, especially in the northern and central parts of the kingdom, extending to parts of the southern and eastern regions.
3- Thunderstorms:
The impact of the low pressure is also associated with the formation of thunderclouds accompanied by heavy rain along with lightning and thunder, which may lead to the flow of floods in valleys and low-lying areas and an increase in water levels.
4- Hail showers:
The occurrence of hail showers in some regions is not ruled out, due to the activity of thunderclouds, and locally.
5- Brisk winds and dust:
Brisk winds are expected especially in the desert areas, eastern plains, and southern highlands, which may lead to the formation of dust waves in desert areas and external roads. It is advised to take utmost caution and care, especially on desert and external roads, and to follow weather updates regularly.
