Khaberni - A report presented by one of the senior commanders of the aerospace force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard to the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Parliament confirmed Tehran's readiness to respond immediately to any targeting.
Representative Ibrahim Rezaei, the spokesperson for the committee, conveyed from the report that Iran possesses an intelligence superiority that enables it to monitor the movements of the adversary, and that all measures are prepared for any military confrontation scenario.
He mentioned that the American military and economic interests in the region are within the operational range of the Iranian forces, warning that any American attack could engage Washington in a regional confrontation considered "one of the biggest gains" for Tehran.
The report also referred to the outcomes of the operation "Al-Waad Al-Sadeq 3," which lasted 12 days, and during which Iran claims to have succeeded in penetrating more than 50% of the adversaries' joint missile defense system.
Rezaei also mentioned that in the event of war, targeting the hostile interests would lead to the destruction of about half of their capabilities in the first phase of the confrontation.
This was during a session of the committee that discussed the developments in regional situations, the deployment of military forces, and the security conditions surrounding Iran.
