Khaberni - An Iranian official said on Sunday that there is no intention for the naval forces of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard to conduct live ammunition drills in the Strait of Hormuz as some media reported last week.
The official Iranian channel Press TV reported on Thursday that the forces would conduct the training in the Strait of Hormuz on February 1 and 2.
The official today said: "There was no plan for the Guard to conduct military drills there, and no official announcement has been made in this regard. These are just incorrect media reports."
