The Iranian Army Response to any attack will be decisive and immediate

Khaberni - The spokesman for the Iranian Army, Mohammad Akrami Niya, emphasized on Thursday that the response to any aggression will be decisive and immediate.

He further added that "the experience we gained from the twelve-day war showed that hesitation and giving the enemy an opportunity is absolutely unacceptable; we must respond immediately," noting that "many American bases are within the range of our missiles," as he said.

He went on to say that the scope of the war would expand if American President Donald Trump decides to launch an attack on Iran, pointing out that "Trump would be mistaken to think that Tehran will not respond."

One thousand strategic drones
Earlier on Thursday, the commander of the Iranian Army, Amir Hatami, ordered the strengthening of the armed forces with a thousand strategic drones, amid unprecedented tension between Tehran and the United States following Trump's threats of a military option.

Hatami also stated after issuing orders to integrate terrestrial and naval drones that "in the face of future threats, maintaining and enhancing strategic advantages for quick combat and overwhelming response to any invasion or aggressor remains a top priority of the army," according to the Tasnim Agency.

Iranian sources pointed out that the new drones are suitable for modern threats and include categories of destruction, attack, and electronic warfare.

Furthermore, these new drones possess modern designs to attack specific fixed and mobile targets at sea, in the air, and on land.

However, the Tasnim Agency did not publish photos of these drones.

Precise targeting strikes
Multiple sources confirmed on Thursday that the American President is considering options against Iran, including launching precise targeting strikes on security forces and several leaders.

Meanwhile, two informed American sources revealed that Trump is setting the stage for the "change of the Iranian regime," as reported by Reuters.

The sources also explained that Trump is considering options to target leaders and institutions that Washington holds responsible for violence against protesters, in order to boost the protesters' confidence in their ability to storm government and security buildings.

The options discussed by Trump's aides include a major strike aimed at making a lasting impact, perhaps against ballistic missiles capable of targeting U.S. allies in the Middle East, or uranium enrichment programs.

In contrast, Iranian officials have reiterated warnings in recent days that any attack on their country would be met with a "decisive, strong, and unprecedented response."
