The deletion of the account coincided with Wegz recently posting a video on TikTok featuring rapper Ligi-C, within a studio, where they presented satirical content that dealt with artificial intelligence, which many followers considered a hint at an upcoming artistic collaboration, especially with the approaching Ramadan season that typically sees a surge in musical releases.
The timing of this step raised questions about whether Wegz is preparing for a new phase in his artistic career or gearing up for a promotional campaign for a new musical work, while he remains completely silent with no official comment issued yet.
This comes at a time when Wegz is experiencing notable success artistically, as his latest album "Scorpions" made the Arab Billboard charts recently, with 10 out of 12 songs from the second part of the album entering the charts this week, marking a strong start for him artistically in 2026.
