Khaberni - Representing Princess Ghida Talal, chairwoman of the board of trustees of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, Her Highness Princess Raja bint Talal honored volunteers from the "Hussein Bracelet" program during the annual meeting held at the Amman Academy Theatre.
During the ceremony, Her Highness Princess Raja bint Talal presented a commemorative shield to Ahmed Al Khader, head of operations at Housing Bank, in appreciation of the bank's exclusive and ongoing sponsorship of the "Hussein Bracelet" program, and its role as a strategic partner in supporting the foundation's efforts.
The event featured the honoring of a large group of young male and female volunteers who actively contributed to supporting the foundation’s programs and campaigns, and providing support to the patients of the King Hussein Cancer Center, in recognition of their efforts in awareness campaigns, fundraising, logistical tasks, and assisting patients and their families.
The exclusive sponsorship of the "Hussein Bracelet" volunteering program by Housing Bank is part of the bank's corporate social responsibility strategy, and reflects its belief in the importance of volunteer work as a fundamental pillar for building community.
