Khaberni - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi confirmed that the efforts of the Egyptian state and its institutions, including the police, aim to protect the homeland and the people, not to protect a regime or an individual.
El-Sisi said: "We do not do this to protect a regime or an individual, but to protect the state and its people, facing significant challenges, and we have seen the dangers we have faced over the past years, which are still ongoing."
