Khaberni - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he will visit China in April and that Chinese President Xi Jinping will travel to the United States near the end of 2026.
Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One, "I look forward to seeing President Xi." He added, "I always had a great relationship with the Chinese president."
Trump acknowledged that relations between the world's two largest economies were strained during the COVID-19 pandemic but have greatly improved since then. He said China is now buying large quantities of U.S. soybeans, which is good for American farmers.
