Khaberni - The Kremlin announced on Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has been invited to join the "Peace Council" proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump.
It added that Moscow is considering the proposal and hopes to conduct communications with Washington about it.
The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump has asked countries wishing to obtain a permanent seat on the new "Peace Council" he is proposing, to contribute at least one billion dollars.
According to a draft charter of the Peace Council, President Trump will serve as the council's first chair, and he will decide himself who is invited to be members of the council.
Decisions will be made by a majority vote, where each present member country has one vote, and all decisions are subject to the president's approval, according to the draft.
