Khaberni - Minister of Health Ibrahim Al-Badour said that the ministry will launch next week a unified protocol for treating cardiac arrests, aimed at connecting all government hospitals with heart specialists, ensuring rapid medical intervention and patient follow-up.
Al-Badour explained, in a statement to "Al-Mamlaka" on Saturday evening, that the ministry is also working on standardizing medical protocols for cancer treatment, which would allow the dispensing of cancer treatments in various provinces of the kingdom, without being restricted by the location of the service, thereby relieving burdens on patients and their families.
He noted that the Ministry of Health has made significant progress in standardizing the majority of medical protocols in various specialties within public hospitals, as part of a plan aimed at improving the quality of health services, standardizing treatment procedures, and linking them to the virtual hospital.
