Maids Wage Ahmed Ezz ordered to pay 30000 Egyptian pounds to Zeina

Khaberni - The Family Appeals Court compelled the Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz, to pay 30,000 Egyptian pounds as a housekeeper's wage, in a lawsuit filed by the actress Zeina.

Previous Verdicts

The Appeals Court accepted Ahmed Ezz's appeal against the Nasr City Family Court's verdict that ordered him to pay 80,000 Egyptian pounds in monthly alimony for Zeina's twins, and reduced the amount to 60,000 Egyptian pounds.

Zeina's attorney, Moataz El Dekr, filed a request with the Family Dispute Resolution Office at Nasr City Family Court, bearing number 831 for the year 2016, demanding that Ahmed Ezz be compelled to pay monthly alimony for his client's children, Azz El Din and Zein El Din, after their paternity was established.

Ezz appealed the verdict requesting a reduction, and the High Family Appeals Court upheld the first-degree verdict. The same court also rejected Zeina's appeal requesting an increase of the twins' alimony to 100,000 Egyptian pounds.

School Fees

Zeina also filed a lawsuit demanding school expenses from Ezz, and her defense representative, Moataz El Dekr, submitted a memorandum during the first-degree hearing of the lawsuit, which included Ezz's earnings from the film «El-Mammar» and the series «Abu Omar Al-Masry» as well as advertising campaigns.

The Nasr City Family Court issued a verdict ordering Ahmed Ezz to pay 23,304 British pounds, equivalent to approximately one million Egyptian pounds, as school expenses for his sons Azz El Din and Zein El Din for the academic year 2022/2023.
