Khaberni - The president of the Karak Municipality Council, Dr. Mohammed Al-Manaseer, stated that the field teams are working directly inside the culverts and water drainage channels, reopening the culverts, cleaning the water channels, and addressing the effects of collapses.
This comes as part of ongoing, uninterrupted follow-up where the same sites are addressed as needed, within a preventive approach that relies on continuity and full readiness rather than temporary solutions.
He added that the staff in the operations and emergency room in the municipality continue their fieldwork, considering the prevailing weather conditions and in order to maintain public safety, noting that these efforts are a continuation of previous works accomplished in the field. However, the succession of depressions and the severity of weather conditions require constant presence and immediate response, which is embodied by the municipality's staff who continue their work in the field without interruption and with the highest degrees of professional commitment to ensure that the infrastructure remains capable of handling the flow of water and protecting roads, homes, and properties.
Al-Manaseer emphasized that these activities are carried out according to precise technical assessments, clear readiness plans, and with the spirit of teamwork, reflecting its ongoing commitment to serving the residents of the governorate.
