First Lieutenant Du'a Al-Habahbeh from the Traffic Department, speaking to the Public Security Radio, mentioned some malfunctions that caused traffic congestion, the most significant being the signal at the Southern Complex, which led to the use of traffic elements to manage the road and prioritize traffic.
She advised to check vehicles and their proper operation, to reduce speeds during rain, to turn on fog lights, and to avoid using hazard lights unless necessary, as it indicates that the vehicle is impaired and might cause confusion in the traffic movement.
