Prince Omar bin Faisal honors Zain Center for Esports

Khaberni - His Highness Prince Omar bin Faisal, chairman of the Jordanian Electronic Sports Federation, honored Zain Jordan represented by its electronic sports center “Zain Esports Jo” during the ceremony held on Saturday at the electronic sports center in the King Hussein Business Complex.

This honor for the Zain Center for Esports “Zain Esports Jo” came as it is the strategic sponsor and main supporter of the Jordanian Electronic Sports Federation, in appreciation of the center's role in supporting and developing the electronic sports sector in the Kingdom, empowering young talents, and enhancing the ecosystem of this vital sector at both the local and international levels through a distinguished and fruitful strategic partnership with the Jordanian Electronic Sports Federation.

Zain expressed its pride in this recognition, affirming its continued commitment to supporting the electronic sports sector through its center for esports “Zain Esports Jo”, which since its inauguration in 2020 has served as a comprehensive platform for nurturing young talents, organizing specialized tournaments and events, providing advanced infrastructure and professional training spaces, in addition to supporting players and content creators, and enabling them to develop their skills and participate in local, regional, and international tournaments.

Zain’s support for this sector aligns with its vision to empower youth, support the digital economy, and enhance Jordan’s position as a regional center for innovation and esports, through strategic partnerships and sustainable initiatives that contribute to the development of this promising sector, with this honor reaffirming Zain’s leadership role in supporting and developing the esports sector in the Kingdom.

 

It is worth noting that the Jordanian Electronic Sports Federation organized this ceremony to honor a group of players who achieved outstanding achievements with the national teams during the year 2025, and in recognition of the important role played by partners in supporting the federation's journey to develop this vital sector, and enhancing its efforts aimed at building a professional and sustainable environment for electronic sports.
