Khaberni - The US military announced in a statement on Saturday evening that the US Central Command (CENTCOM) forces, in cooperation with partner forces, carried out widespread strikes against several ISIS targets across Syria.
The military stated on the "X" platform that the operation was conducted on Saturday around 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
According to the statement, the strikes targeted ISIS throughout Syria as part of an ongoing commitment to eradicating terrorism that targets fighters, preventing future attacks, and protecting US forces and coalition forces in the region.
The military pointed out that these strikes are part of "Hawk Eye Strike" operation, announced on December 19, 2025, directed by President Trump in response to the deadly ISIS attack on US and Syrian forces in Palmyra on December 13, 2025, which resulted in the deaths of two American soldiers and an American civilian interpreter.
The US forces emphasized in the statement that Washington and coalition forces remain determined to pursue terrorists who seek to harm the United States.
The military clarified that its message remains strong: "If you harm our fighters, we will find you and kill you anywhere in the world, no matter how you try to evade justice."
The military published a video documenting the aircraft involved in the operation, along with the field operations.
