Khaberni - Social media users circulated a strange video from Wroclaw Zoo in Poland, where a young Chinese muntjac deer is seen challenging a massive rhino weighing 1.7 tons, in an unusual scene that attracted millions of viewers worldwide.
In the video published by the zoo on its official Facebook page, the young deer is seen initiating an attack on the rhino, repeatedly ramming its head against the rhino’s, amid the large animal's attempts to overcome him, yet the deer continues the chase until the rhino flees.
The official page of the zoo mentioned that this behavior is due to nature and instinct, as the female deer was in mating season, leading to an increase in testosterone levels in the male, pushing him to display courage and prove his capabilities, despite his small size compared to the rhino.
Zoo staff confirmed that the scene reflects the ability of small animals to defend themselves and follow their natural instincts, pointing out that size is not always a criterion for capability or bravery.
